Caroline L. Hecker joined the firm’s land use and real estate departments in August 2007. Her practice involves all aspects of land use and zoning matters, primarily in Baltimore City. Prior to joining RMG, Ms. Hecker was an associate at Schaller & Gorski, LLP in Annapolis.
Ms. Hecker is a graduate of Tulane University (B.A., cum laude, 2002) and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., with honors, 2005). After graduating from law school, Ms. Hecker served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Michel Pierson on the Baltimore City Circuit Court. She is a member of the bars of the State of Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
