Eugene Funk, Jr. practices in the areas of business and tax planning for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, estates and individuals. He co-founded Rosenberg Proutt Funk & Greenberg in 1987. His practice includes advising both established and start-up businesses and the individuals who own them on corporate, partnership, and limited liability company organization, governance, operations, reorganizations and business planning; commercial contracts; employment; business and real estate sales and acquisitions; business dispute resolution; and complex tax and estate planning. Mr. Funk is a graduate of the University of Maryland (magna cum laude) and the University of Virginia School of Law (Order of the Coif).
