Hilary J. O'Connor joined the firm in April, 2001. Ms. O’Connor’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and intellectual property matters. She represents clients in connection with the acquisition, development and financing of real property, and represents landlords and tenants with respect to commercial leasing. Ms. O’Connor also represents clients in connection with software licensing, trademark and copyright issues. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O’Connor was an associate with Tydings & Rosenberg, LLP and has also worked briefly as counsel for Erickson Retirement Communities and The Johns Hopkins Health System. Ms. O’Connor graduated from the University of Richmond (B.S.B.A., 1987), and is a magna cum laude graduate of Loyola College (M.B.A, 1989) and a cum laude graduate from the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., 1996). She is a member of the American Bar Association, and serves on the Section Council of the Real Property Planning and Zoning Section of the Maryland State Bar Association.
