Kari M. Evans joined the firm's real estate department in October, 2006. Her practice entails various aspects of real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing. Prior to joining RMG, Ms. Evans was an associate in the real estate department of Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP.

Ms. Evans is a graduate of Bucknell University (B.A. 2001) and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D. 2004). She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.
