Matthew S. Wineman joined the firm’s real estate department in June 2004. Mr. Wineman’s practice primarily focuses on real estate contracts and other transactional matters, including representation of builders and developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, and development of real property. Prior to joining RMG, Mr. Wineman served for three years as corporate counsel to Washington Homes, Inc., a K. Hovnanian company. Mr. Wineman is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s College (B.S., 1994), a graduate of Marymount University (M.A., 1996), and a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., 2001). He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Mr. Wineman is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland.
