Nancy M. Gilmore joined the firm’s tax department in September of 2007.  Her practice includes tax planning and the representation of individuals and entities during all stages of federal and state tax controversies and litigation.  Prior to joining RMG, Ms. Gilmore served as attorney-adviser to the Honorable Mark V. Holmes, United States Tax Court.

Ms. Gilmore is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2006) and Goucher College (B.A., 1996).  She is admitted to practice in the States of Maryland and Texas and before the United States Tax Court.
