Sheelagh M. Allston joined the firm's real estate department in November, 2004. Her practice concentrates on a variety of real estate matters including real estate finance and commercial leasing, as well as general business matters. Prior to joining Rosenberg | Martin | Greenberg, LLP, Ms. Allston was an associate in the business and finance department and in the real estate department of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP. Ms. Allston is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. 1995) and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (J.D. 2000). She was an Article and Note Editor for the North Carolina Banking Institute from 1999 to 2000. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Ms. Allston is a 2004-2005 Fellow in the Leadership Academy of the Maryland State Bar Association.
