Stanley S. Fine is a transactional attorney who concentrates on land use, general real estate and business matters. He joined the firm after serving as a partner in a Baltimore law firm and as a sole practitioner. Previously he was the Director of the Maryland State Lottery Agency. As a former member of the Baltimore City Planning Commission and President of the Mt. Washington Improvement Association, Mr. Fine uses his expertise in land use and zoning matters to represent developers and bring projects to realization. Mr. Fine is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University (B.A., 1965) and University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., 1969) where he was a member of the editorial board of the Maryland Law Review.
