Stuart R. Rombro concentrates in sophisticated structuring of business transactions and tax and estate planning. He is a recognized authority on estate planning, partnership taxation, like kind exchanges, and other aspects of federal and state taxation. Mr. Rombro was a partner in the business department at Tydings & Rosenberg before joining RMG as a partner in 1993. He has also been a tax attorney with Commercial Credit Corporation, where he was responsible for subsidiaries with more than $1 billion in assets, and was a tax law specialist with the national office of the Internal Revenue Service. He attended Bucknell University and is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and The Georgetown University Law Center, where he received an LL.M in Taxation. Mr. Rombro is a Lecturer in the Masters in Taxation Program at the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the School’s Graduate Tax Program.
