Hilary O’Connor joined the firm in April, 2001. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions and intellectual property matters. Ms. O'Connor represents clients in connection with the acquisition, development and financing of real property, and represents landlords and tenants with respect to commercial leasing. She also represents clients in connection with trademark and copyright issues. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O’Connor was an associate with Tydings & Rosenberg, LLP and has also worked as counsel for Erickson Retirement Communities and The Johns Hopkins Health System.
