Michael C. Hardy, II represents entrepreneurs and emerging growth and middle market companies in connection with a variety of business and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt financings. Mr. Hardy also provides general corporate representation to clients in connection with a broad range of issues, including securities law compliance, employment and intellectual property matters and commercial contracts.
During law school Mr. Hardy worked as a judicial extern for Vice Chancellors Stephen P. Lamb and Leo E. Strine of the Delaware Court of Chancery and was an Associate Editor of Vanderbilt University's Journal of Entertainment Law and Practice. Prior to joining RMG, Mr. Hardy practiced corporate and securities law with a large international law firm.
