Paul M. Flannery

Paul M. Flannery joined the firm’s litigation department in August of 2007. His practice involves representing clients in a wide range of civil and criminal litigation in both state and federal court. He is presently engaged in the defense of a multi-defendant criminal RICO/Federal death penalty case in Unitd States District Court as one of the youngest lawyers ever to do so in Maryland.
During law school, Mr. Flannery worked as a law clerk for Laubacher & Company, Rocky River, Ohio, and was selected to serve as an extern for the United States Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, in the Northern District of Ohio.
