Stanley S. Fine

Partner

Stanley Fine is a prominent transactional attorney in the Baltimore region who concentrates in land use, general real estate and business matters. Before joining the firm in 1997, he was a sole practitioner and partner in another Baltimore firm. Mr. Fine previously served as the Director of the Maryland State Lottery Agency and is currently Chairman of the Maryland State Lottery Commission.

As a former member of the Baltimore City Planning Commission and president of a community association, Mr. Fine’s expertise is sought after by developers and businesses in land use and zoning matters. He represents clients in bringing projects large and small to realization.

Mr. Fine was named one of Maryland's top land use and zoning attorneys in the 2007 edition of Best Lawyers in America and the 2008 edition of Baltimore Magazine's Maryland Super Lawyers.
