
Stuart Rombro concentrates his practice on the complex structuring of business transactions, as well as tax and estate planning. He is a recognized authority on partnership taxation, like/kind exchanges, estate planning, and all aspects of federal and state taxation. Earlier in his career he was employed as a tax attorney with Commercial Credit Corporation, where he was responsible for subsidiaries with more than $1 billion in assets. He also served as a tax law specialist with the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Rombro is a lecturer in the Masters in Taxation Program at the University of Baltimore School of Law and is a member of the Advisory Committee of the School’s Graduate Tax Program. He was selected for inclusion in Maryland Super Lawyers in 2007 (tax), 2008 (business/corporate) 2009-10 (tax).
