T. Christine Pham is a partner at Rosenberg | Martin | Greenberg, LLP.  Ms. Pham focuses her practice on complex civil litigation.  She represents individuals and businesses in cases involving real estate, commercial, employment, insurance, estate, and professional liability matters.  Ms. Pham has a strong trial background, having begun her career as a plaintiff’s medical malpractice attorney, and regularly handles bench and jury cases in Maryland state and federal courts.  In 2006, Ms. Pham obtained one of the largest punitive damages awarded by a Howard County jury in the matter of Flurry v. Flurry.  In 2007, she successfully defended a $1.8 million real estate development action in Star Hotels, Inc. v. G&R/Maple Lawn K, LLC.  In 2008, she obtained summary judgment in favor of the Charleston Restaurant in an employment discrimination matter.  In 2010, Ms. Pham was named one of the top product liability attorneys in Maryland in Best Lawyers of America.

Ms. Pham currently chairs the MSBA Ethics Committee, of which she has been a member since 2003.  As a member of that Committee, Ms. Pham frequently handles ethics inquiries and is a regular speaker on the subject.  She is also a member of the MSBA Professionalism Committee and has taught the new admittees professionalism course from 2001 through 2010.
